Resting and recharging is essential for productivity and an overall better quality of life. Rest isn’t a luxury, its a mandatory thing to do.

When you hear ‘self care,’ I’m sure you picture things like reading a book while having a bubble bath, or watching a movie with hot chocolate. While these are great things to do, doing things like managing your finances or cleaning your home are forms of self care too.

So, here’s a list of things to do that not only include fun things, but also the practical things you should be doing to make life more easier and stress-free.

I'm taking out this year to focus on myself and no one else. My mental health, my physical health, my goals, my plans, my interests. Those are my main priorities. - self care quote
